Is there any method available where you could require the user of the form to watch a short video before they can complete the form questions?

    Hi Andy!

The only way to make a video "required" on your form is by including either a checkbox or an "Initial here after watching" Short Text Entry field. I have created a sample form to give you a better idea. I have added the Multiple Choice element under the embedded video, deleted all of the options but one and added the Show/Hide Field condition in the Settings>Conditions. This way, unless the checkbox is checked, all of the other form fields including the Submit button will be hidden. Please clone the form and see if this might work for you.
