Hi,
I created a form for my customers to use to submit their information. I was asking people to fill out the form on my site so that I can start creating an email list for my marketplace. Everyday I would come check my submissions and saw that no one was submitting the forms. I was disappointed because I thought my marketing strategy was a great one. It wasn't until today that I found out that they couldn't submit the information, because the form wasn't working. Is there a way I can check the status of my form? I attached my domain where my form is posted. -

We apologize for the inconvenience. I have checked your embedded form, and this error is shown in the console report:
"Blocked form submission to 'https://oembed.jotform.com/submit.php' because the form's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-forms' permission is not set."
Could you please try removing the form, and embed it with the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Make sure to only embed the Iframe part, example:
Let us know if that helps.
