Hello, I purchased the jot form package to help streamline taking clients histories and entering them into our medical records. Over the 4 months, we have adjusted the forms to fit the questions we need. For the past month, whenever I open up a jot form to download it into my medical records, I get 2 pop up windows
I can't find a way to turn off these notifications, so I have 50 more clicks a day to use a form that is supposed to make my life easier. Honestly, I'm 1 day away from cancelling my subscription and writing a review that I would never use this platform again. How does a person fix this?

I have checked the other thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1798576 you have created and found a screenshot of the issue.
May we know if you have tried ticking the box in the pop-up that says "Don't show this again" in your PDF editor?
