How can I edit someones order submission?

    I have a form where people are ordering products. It's for a baseball league and one of them just notified me they put in the wrong size of YL, and want to change it to YXL. I tried to edit the form under survey submissions but it won't allow me to change it. Can you help?

    Hi Erin,

    It is possible to edit submissions except those submission in the payment field

    How to Edit Submissions Made on Your Forms

    From your screenshot image, I see you were referring to the submission payment done on the form.

    Because completed/successful submission payments forward the data to the payment processor (i.e. PayPal), it is not possible to modify them after.
