My account has been downgraded

    I already paid for my bronze plan. Please check my payments. My next payment must be on May

    Now I have free plan/ Please change it ASUP

    I have checked your account and I can see that there is no payment made for the month of April. You can check your invoices by going to Settings >> Upgrade >> Invoices. Please find the screenshot below:

    That is the reason your account has been downgraded. Please let us know if there is any deduction at your end.
