We have a form that had been successfully been getting emails on submission, but recently stopped. Can you tell me what's going on?

    User does not receive an error message or is given any indication that the form submission is not being emailed.

    I have cheacked your account and the e-mail addresses on the form.

    In my tests, the notifications were sent without any problems:

     

    Did you receive the notification?

    I made a clone of your form and included your address together with mine. I was able to receive the notification and also the autoresponder.

    If you are still not receiving notifications, please make sure that you follow all the instructions set on the guide I provided you on my previous post.
