How to create an appointment form.

Hi there, I wondered if there is a way to create a form that would allow customers to view and sign up to appointments for an event? I am running a series of photography mini shoots during a fayre in a couple of weeks and wanted to give people the option of booking a time to come and see me in advance. 

You may try using our Appointment Slots or Date Reservation widget to schedule the appointment. You can also use one of our form templates from the template gallery.
