Link gives 'Over quota' message

Hello, I have 2 JotForms on a free account. I recently experienced an 'overload' of incoming submissions with photos attached that I believe used up my upload space. As a result, I received a notice from JotForm that my account was disabled (suspended?) and that I needed to upgrade to a paid plan. I have since cleaned out the inboxes for both JotForms to free up space. I have republished both forms and tested the links to see if they now work, but both give me a message saying I am over the quota. My account uses nowhere near the allotment of submissions, so that should not be an issue. And I have always been able to clear out the upload space to keep the account working. Can you please tell me what I need to do to continue using this service (as a free account)?

I checked your account and can see that it is no longer under the "Over quota" status. Please check and let us know if you are seeing otherwise.

I have republished both forms and attempted both links again. I continue to receive the same  "You've run out of quota!" message. I have restarted my computer and re-logged back in, all to no avail. I appreciate your attention to fixing this problem.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I cleared your form cache and that fixed the issue. Please check and let us know if the issue persists on your end.
