Highrise CRM: Ability to update the contacts in Highrise CRM

    Hi,

    I am looking to create a form that will be able to interact within Highrise CRM. I see that integration between JotForm and Highrise is possible.

    The questions I have at this stage are as follows;

    1. Is it possible to have different workstreams work on the same form at difference times? So lets say an introducing party might utilise a form to collate the bare bones data required for an application to be created for a client. This then needs to be uploaded into Highrise, and the pertinent fields dropped into a client creation within Highrise.

    2. Another party will then want to pick the same form as is, with the bare bones information published, and collate the rest of the required data to complete the form. Once again, this would then need to be uploaded into Highrise.

    Is the above possible, and how easy is it to create a form with good solid logic in your form builder. I have some mild experience with the likes of Wix for building websites and find them intuitively quite easy. If the above works, then I will likely look to use JotForm.

    Finally, do you have any real time support for your product in terms of a chat site offering up immediate assistance and expertise?

    thanks

    Currently, we have two lists (Cases or contacts) where the information could be added.

    I have just tested and noticed that you can't edit existing contacts submitted on highrise by editing your form submission. However, editing submission will create a new contact on Highrise.

    Our support representative is available 24/7 so you may clear all your concern from the Forum thread. We would gladly assist you anytime The chat option is available for the paid users.

    Hi
    Thanks for the reply. So the below workstream could be set up with JotForm
    being a key element in that;
    1. Employee gathers initial information concerning a new client. Fills out
    form details and completes their area of a form?
    2. New client information is fed into Highrise and the relevant client
    details from the form is able to populate a new client creation in Highrise
    3. It is then possible to edit the initial form to incorporate additional
    client information, but this information would then not be able to edit a
    current client contact information within Highrise
    Could you kindly confirm
    Regards
    Patrick

    Yes, you are correct the employee would be able to fill the details in the Form. Upon submitting the data would create a new client in Highrise.

    It is possible to edit the employee details in JotForm by providing them with the edit link. However, it is not possible to update the details in Highrise in the previously created employee record. If the Form is edited in JotForm then on submission it would create another new record in Highrise.

    Let me forward this as a feature request to update the contacts in Highrise to our development team. We cannot provide an ETA to this. However, we will keep you updated if this feature is implemented.

    You can also use the Zapier Integration which will work like this:

    A new submission is received on JotForm Zapier automatically creates or updates a contact on Highrise.

    Thanks
