Send form email to different department based on a selection

Buonasera,

Vorrei sapere se avete dei moduli di contatto quelli che si usano per chiedere delle informazioni ma con una funzione: sto cercando un modulo che abbia per esempio: se seleziono la casella "informazioni" voglio che quel modulo venga inviato a quel reparto li oppure, se seleziono "guasti" voglio che venga inviato a quel reparto li; cioè un modulo in grado di aggiungere più indirizzi email per varie richieste ma tutto in un unico modulo.

E se avete questa funzione se è incluso nel pacchetto gratuito.

Yes, you are on the free plan which is limited to just one recipient per email template. You also cannot add two more notification templates in the form. You will have to upgrade the account if you want to do that.
