Stop spam submissions with big file uploads

Hello, one  people last 2 form send us incorrectly as big files as spam, and this is not our customer

Please come back our qoata today send İTS this people about 120 MB by twice time.

Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

There are 2 options to re-activate your account.

1. Decrease the Upload Space usage. 

You can do this by deleting submissions that have upload files on them. You can delete those 2 spam submissions that have big file upload.

2. Upgrade to higher plan to expand usage limits.

Go to your my account Upgrade page and click on the Upgrade button higher plans.

Additionally, to block spam submissions, you may also add Captcha field on your form.
