PayPal payment: Once one of the online options is selected, it can't be unselected

    Hi,

    I am experiencing two problems with the form I created:

    1) I added an online widget that provides two online (PayPal) pricing options, but I am also allowing them to mail in checks.  Once one of the online options is selected, it can't be unselected.  How do I fix this?

    2) When I try to submit a form that has been filled out I get an error message "Sorry! only one entry is allowed." what is this message and how do I fix the problem?

    Hello Dawn,

    The problem in this case is that you are showing options of payment field anyway on the form. Form will try to process a payment as long as payment field is shown. If you only need to collect payment if user selects 'online payment' option, you would need to apply conditional logic to show products of payment field.
