Question about support forum response time

What is the response time from the 24/7 support team?  Is there a quicker and better way to connect for a response?

Questions/Concerns of our users posted in our support forum are answered in a timely manner. Our support forum is available 24/7 and it is the best way to contact us especially during weekends.
