The form is sometimes completed for 0 value which sends an email. Can you please amend the form, or send simple instruction, so that no emails are sent for 0 value. Should only send an email and take payment is not 0 value.

I have checked your form and it seems you have set the procut "Board damage Insurance" as default. You can edit its quantity and set it 1 so that the entry would always have 1 product.

In you Payment Settings>Products>Board damage insurance>click the pencil icon to edit >Quantity

Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.
