Cacel subscription and refund amount

    I own the website and use your Form for my registrations.  I recieved an email today that my registrations have exceeded the forms monthly free allotment and that the registration form can no longer be utilized.  Your email linked me to upgrading my account and instead of upgrading my existing amount it created a new one under my alternate email: and charged my credit card to do so.  I need that money refunded and applied toward my CecilPhillipsClassic account instead immediately as I need my form up and running until my event takes place.

    We have cancelled the subscription for this account maraxususmc and initiated for a refund. Please expect the refund in 3-7 business days.

    Also, I noticed that your account CecilPhillipsClassic was already subscribed for the Bronze monthly on April 22, 2019.
