Do we get a notice if we exceed 100 submissions per month?

    Hi. If we exceed 100 submissions per month do we get notified that we are over our monthly limit?  If that happens are those submissions lost and does it notify us or our customer? We don’t want to lose potential business.  Thanks again.

    You will receive a notice via email if you get close to the account limit (once you receive 70 submissions). You will also be notified when you go over the limit. After that, you will have 2 days to upgrade the account. If you do not upgrade all of your forms will be disabled and your users will not be able to use them. In this case, they will be reactivated once the submission counter reset to 0, which will happen on the first day of each month.
