How to download files that contain Cyrillic characters in the name

We have collected submissions for this form: https://form.jotform.com/90832520381957. One of the fields required the people to upload a file. Several of the responses we have received contain a file that is named with Cyrillic characters. We get an error message when trying to download these files. What can be done? We need the files.

I tested with a few different file names and was not able to reproduce the issue:

Files with Cyrillic character are both uploading and downloading on my end.  Does the issue persist with new submission?  Let us know what you can and we can look into this further.
