We have an account with several jot forms but can not access it now. I believe it is because our business credit card changed. How can I access our account? It will not recognize the password. It is tied to this email address: mary@mickeyglassman.com
Please help!

I checked for an account associated with the email address "mary@mickeyglassman.com" and was not able find anything. If you happen to have the URL of one of your forms or a page one of your forms is embedded to, we can let you know the account associated with the form.
