Question on Memberships- accepted payment

How often is accepted payments regulated? Monthly? Annually? Seeing if I need to upgrade to bronze or silver depending on amount of submissions. I see silver offers 1000 accepted payments. I would like to know over what period of time that covers. Thank you.

All submission limits listed are per calendar month with limits resetting on the first day of each calendar month for all users.
