Unable to type text into form

    I am unable to fill in the following fields:

    Dog's Name

    How much food...

    How often...

    And every field following

    I have checked your form and I can see that the text color is set to white. The background color is also white. So that is the reason when someone types in any field,  it is not visible. To resolve this, you can go to Advance Form Designer >> Select any field >> Change font color to black. Please refer to the screencast below:
