Hello,
I recently used jotform as an application to exhibit in an art show. Each applicant submitted a form an also uploaded one or two images. When I download the uploaded images, there are two images that are not able to be searched in the jotform, and they do not seem to belong to any existing application. Does anyone have any idea how this would happen or how I could find the original application that these images belong to?
Thanks!

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Can you please share to us the submission ID or the email of the user that has the missing uploaded images?
To clarify, did you receive the notification email when the user submitted the form? Was the uploaded link in the notification email working?
Looking forward for your response.

This is the hard part. I have the images, but I cannot find a corresponding submission. When I download the images, there are two images that belong to a “missing” submission.
I cannot find a notification email that contains this image.

Here is a screenshot of the downloaded images that do not have a corresponding submission.

May we know if you have deleted submissions?
I have checked the images and used the submission ID to search for the submission but I can't seem to pull any records with the submission ID.
The submission ID is the number after the uploaded photo name
Do note that once submissions are deleted, we cannot recover them at our end.
