PDF Editor Not Working

Hi -

I was in correspondence with your support team last week about our PDF Editor not loading, freezing and/or crashing intermittently (sometimes, it would work). I did have access to the private thread through the forum page ("My Questions"), but now I can't find it. It was supposed to be escalated to the Dev team, but I haven't heard any updates.
