PDF Attachment not being sent when using my SMTP as the sender.

Hello! On my Turning 65 Form.  I have an issue where the PDF I attached is not being sent when the form is submitted.  

I have put in my SMTP information for my e-mail.

My response from Jot forms has been that it is an issue with my e-mail.  What questions do I need to ask my e-mail service to see how to get this resolved?  I don't know what to ask them so this gets corrected.

Your help is greatly appreciated. 

The PDF attachment does not work with SMTP. If you need to send PDF attachments, you need to use noreply@jotform.com as the sender.
