Completed forms not appearing in Dropbox

    Hello - I have a new application from a writer via email but it has not appeared in Dropbox. I should also have a CV and a writing sample from this same person, Melinda Wolf. Can you help?

    Is this for the WCDH App Form? Did the same person submit the form before? You must have the data on the old folder for this person. If not, would you mind checking to see if other submissions had the same issue of not arriving at your Dropbox folder? 

    You have 205 submissions in the form. The integration seems to be connected, still. Please test the form to your end to see if it will sync the data with your Dropbox account. If not, then I think the integration is no longer working. We can create a ticket here. Also, in most cases, re-integrating Dropbox helps. You may consider doing that.

    I'm not the most tech-savvy person; this was set up by the person who designed our original website. I haven't had this problem before.
    How do I test the form on my end and how do I re-integrate Dropbox?

    To test the form, you need to view the form, fill it and submit. Go to My Forms page https://www.jotform.com/myforms/. Select the form you want to view. From the More dropdown, click the View Form option:

    To re-integrate, you will need to edit the form by clicking the Edit Form option from the above screenshot that I've shared. But before doing this, I would suggest doing a test first to see if the integration is still working. If your test works or syncs with Dropbox, then that means the issue with the missing submission is isolated.
