How do I update my cc info?

When I "change credit card" it takes me to my existing pay pal. I am looking to update my billing info completely.

Since you're using PayPal as your payment method you will need to update the credit card related to your PayPal account, this means that you will need to log into the PayPal linked to JotForm and update the info there. 

If you want to get rid of PayPal as your payment method on JotForm, then you would need to cancel your subscription, downgrade back to free and then upgrade again using the new payment method.
