Why am I not able to add attached image to Form?

    Hi - I am trying to add the attahced image to the top of this form, but it's not working:

    Hi @EZInvestments,

    I went ahead and cloned your form. I saved a copy of the image and was able to upload the image to the form.

    Are you getting an error message when you try to upload the image to your form? If so can you send us a screenshot of the error message you are getting?
