How can I download the files?

Hello,

On my jot for I have the Upload File option,

However, when a file is opened this page appears.

See File.

You are probably not logged in that's why you are redirected to 404 error page when you click the download links.

If you want to download the files without requiring a login, you can uncheck the following option in your account settings.

Or you can keep that option checked and ensure that you're logged in to your account so you can download the files.
