I have used your service before, and it's been great, but usually I use one form and clone it to form another one (so I don't have to do all the logo inserts and template formatting).
Problem is, I have submissions coming in that are filled out for the new form but when submitted appear on the previous form (with missing information). Why is this happening, and what can I do to stop it?

One best solution for that is to delete the existing form notifications of the form and recreate a new one.
Create: Setting Up Email Notifications
Because, the clone form contains the notifications from the original form and thus, changes are not reflected to that clone form. You should have manually modify the notifications. The best solution for that is to re-create the notifications after you finalize the clone form.
