Our account quota is not refreshing after deleting forms

    Hello


    We are getting a quota overflow message and yet our account is within limits. Please assist....

    You have more than 100MB of files in your account. You will have to delete them to free up the file storage space. I see you have a few forms in the trash folder. The data in trashed forms are still counted. You will have to purge the forms to restore.

    Please make sure to have a backup of the data before deleting. Once deleted, there is no option you can recover them later.
