My customers are receiving error messages

    Hello,

    I've had a couple of customers try to order something from the form that I created, when using the credit card feature they received the following error message (see image)1555966662Screenshot 20190422 165515 Ins Screenshot 10

    I checked your form (https://form.jotform.com/91057442299160) and see that you are using PayPal Pro integration to list your products/items. However, the credentials for your PayPal field are not yet placed, please follow the guide below to complete your payment field setup.

    can you tell me what "API" means exactly and "API Signature"

    What is API?

    Those APIs will be the one to communicate with your PayPal account.
