How do I remove the payment section on my form without removing the products?

If you meant you want to remove the payment option but still retain the products/items on the payment field, you can do it using the Purchase Order field.
How to Create Payment Form with Purchase Order
You can delete the current payment field in the form and then add instead the Purchase Order field from the Form Elements / Payments tab.
You will be able to retain the products and changed to Purchase Order payment field.
Take note that it will be required to use payment field if you want to retains those products/items. Thus the Purchase Order field is your option on this.

Hi @SimbiNtaho!
You can simply click on the red Remove button on your Authorize.net Integration, then go to Add Form Element>Payments>type in Purchase Order>drag the Purchase Order Integration to the same place in your form. All of your products will still be there! Like so:
