Change of User Name details

    Hello there,

    I am writing to advise that Peta Lyon has left CSF and to update your billing contact to Sarah Puskaric.  I have changed part of the contact details but the user name needs to be done by you.

    Yes, since your account still has a subscription, only support or jotform staff can update your username.

    Please provide at least 3 possible usernames so that we can check for its availability. If the first one is available, we'll change your username immediately.

    Note: If you are using custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
