Not receiving the password reset emails

    hey, im need to change my password, but no mail arrives. pls help

    With the email marcelo.caracci@silfa.cl, I found you have a guest account. You should first signup with this email.

    Are you referring to any other account where you are not receiving the password reset email? Have you checked your spam/junk emails?

    is a guest probably because you downgrade my account, since my credit card expired..

    i just need password to access and pay, and do not lose my forms...

    I have checked your account  mcaracci   and your Silver monthly was recently renewed.

    If you have forgotten your password, you may retrieve it by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password.

    A reset instruction would be sent to your email address vale***.jel**es@silfa.cl.

    Hope this information helps.
