We submitted a purchase order to upgrade but it saying that we are over our 100 monthly limit

When will our purchase order be processed to allow us to use this form again?

Please note that upgrading via Purchase Order can take up to 1 month to be effective since a manual process is involved. We will be notified when the payment gets processed, and the account will be upgraded.
