I want to capture the email id of the person who responds the survey

    Hi Team,

    I am trying to capture the Email id of the person who respond to my survey. From setting i am not able to. If i am not able to capture that Email id and it wont be clear that who is responding.

    Are you looking for any specific option to capture email id? 

    We have an Email field, it is usually used to ask users to enter their emails. Here is how you can add it:

    As far as I understand, you need to see person's email address when receiving email notifications for submissions. We have an option to set a 'Reply-To' value as form email field. This way you can reply to notification email and form respondent will receive the email.
