Please note that effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users.

A Sub-user is limited to creating forms and reviewing submission data that is the result of that User’s forms, only. A Sub-user cannot view and edit other forms or submission data. For more details please refer - https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/faq/
