Hello,
After selecting the Stripe option for payment, do I have to set anything up on Stripe side? I don't see it linked on my Stripe account. How do I know if it's set up correct?

To which form is your issue related to? I checked and your Pre Launch Super Savings form is integrated with Stripe.

I'm just making sure it will work as on Stripe side it doesn't show any
integration. Is it suppose to show on Stripe side before any purchases?

Nothing will be shown on the Stripe side until you receive payment.
You can add a new product to the form and set the price to 0.01 and test the form to see if the integration is working properly. You can also change the integration mode to Test Mode and test the form. You can find the test credit card numbers on this page - https://stripe.com/docs/testing#cards
