Can an account be downgraded to Free temporarily?

    I have a client who I encouraged to pay for an upgrade on your site but just realized that this client's dance studio will be closed for the next two months for summer vacation. Can I revert to a free account until the dance studio reopens and can make use of their form? I don't want to lose the forms I created. I guess as long as there are five or fewer forms, I can downgrade without any problem, yes?

    I checked your account and it is on the Bronze monthly plan. You want your account to be downgraded to Free, right? It is possible to do so and then upgrade later at your convenience. Here are a few related guides for your assistance:

    Just a confusion here though: You are referring to using the forms in your account, right? OR Are you referring to the JotForm account of your client? If this query is related to the client account, then the request for downgrade must come from the client via this support forum.
