Google Drive Intergration files are uploaded multiple times

I have a form that sends the uploaded files by the user, automatically to Google Drive folder. It works perfectly fine for all users, except one! It keeps uploading the files over and over again, and I can't figure out how to fix it, since it's just a problem with one user!

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

I have tested the Google Drive Integration and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

I have cleared your form cache.

Can you please try re-integrating the Google Drive with your Form?

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains with that particular user.

It's still doing it, and only with this one user. All the other submissions are fine. I even tried deleting the original folder and re-submitting the form.

I deleted the submission, and as soon as I did, a new file (.zip) appeared in that folder. That file wasn't uploading before. Could that be the issue? No other submissions submitted .zip files.

I'll recreate the submission without the .zip file to see if it solves the issue. If so, I'll change the allowed format to exclude .zip.

Update: Tried a new submission with a .zip file, and there were no issues.

I solved the issue, by deleting the submission altogether and keeping an archive, but I hope the issue won't reproduce.
