Pending payments?

hi there, I've been trying to understand why payments are still pending and not being processed through paypal.. my pages have been published and public...please help!

When someone pays to you the submission will not be stuck into the Pending Payments box unless the user changes his/her mind in the last minute. However, it might happen that they come back and pay later one. Paypal will also notify to your email address registered with them.

I’m not understanding. So where is the funds from the payment? Did you see
my attachMents?

If you see submissions in Incomplete submissions section, that payment didn't occur, that is for your information to see that your user submitted the form but didn't pay.

At that point, the only way to receive payment is that your user submits the form and pay on PayPal.
