Do you have a plugin that will work to send out invite codes to emails uploaded by csv or manual entry?
We dont want our forms out there in the world for everyone, and to keep legal happy, we have to have two methods of verification, an email generated by the website (with the input from HR) that sends a unique code, the employee will goto the link and enter that code to gain access to the forms. Once the forms are done, we are going to pass through to docusign to make it official and everyone is happy.
How do i accomplish that with JotForm?

If I understood correctly you want to protect your form. This can be achieved with conditional logic. You can add a code field at the top of your form and set a condition to show all other fields only when the correct code is entered.
How to Show or Hide Fields Base on User's Answer
Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once
You can use multiple codes. In this case, you would need to use conditional state Contains and separate the codes with a comma.
Here is a demo form - https://form.jotform.com/91125488563968
Codes - 12345, 12346, 12347 and 12348
Feel free to test it and clone it.
You can send the codes to your employees via email.

that is VERY close to what we are looking for. The problem is that every person that visits the site must have a unique invite code that will expire after 10 days. So for 10 days, the users info will be stored within the plugin and then be purged.
Any ideas how to accomplish that?

I'm sorry, but we do not have this option. I tried a workaround of setting up condition based on a date, but I find no way to delete the codes. You will have to do the workaround as outlined by my colleague and delete the codes manually in the timeframe that you have mentioned. You can keep an inventory manually.
