I get an email that says "you have received an encrypted response", but when I click view response, it says :
What is this, how do I fix it, and why am I seeing it?

That happens due to this security setting you have on your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
So, you can uncheck it or log in to your account before accessing that link. Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
