Exports from form- just random letters...

Hi, we are trying to export data from the forms, but both pdf, csv and excell just become random letters.

The form you are trying to export submissions data from has Encrypt Form Data selected to Yes.

That means all of the submissions received on that form will be encrypted. The only way to view the encrypted data is from your Submissions page or through the link sent in the email, and you will need to upload your private decryption key (which was generated when you toggled the Encrypt Form Data selector to Yes) to do so.

One of the limitations of encrypted forms is that you are not able to generate Excel, CSV or PDF reports with submissions data. In order to use these features, please set Encrypt Form Data to No. All of the future submissions to that form will be decrypted and readable.
