Good morning, We are having issues receiving our submissions. We received a payment last week with no submission, client went through the whole form and hit submit.
Today, we had a client go through the submission, hit submit, the payment was processed on his end, however we show no submission and no payment?

Are you facing this issue for both the forms?
For the Study Registration form, I can see that there is an incomplete payment. You can check the details of the Incomplete payment from your Form Submission page - How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments.
For the Bond Purchase, please let us know the client details so that we could check if the submission has actually been registered.
