HighRise Integration: Custom fields set in HighRise is not displayed in the field mapping of integration wizard

    Hi there,

    I've linked up my Jotform with High Rise, however I have additional custom fields (How would you like to participate in our sessions?, What is the device you use the most often to connect to the Internet?, etc.) that do not appear to be pulling into High Rise along with the basic contact information. 

    Under the Match Your Fields section on the High Rise Integration, there does not appear to be an option to include those custom fields.  

    Any recommendations?

    Hi @CUTgroupCLE,

    A workaround might be to use other fields to try and integrate with the custom fields that you created. Then create custom fields on HIGHRISE to be the same, so they match.

    Thanks, Steven.  It appears that I can see the custom fields on the Highrise side, but they're still not available on Jotform. See the below screenshots.

    Hello CUTgroupCLE,

    We have checked the integrations for custom fields with HighRise.


    Regrettably, you cannot map custom fields in HighRise to field in your JotForm forms.

    JotForm does not support for custom fields yet.

    Integration in the current state is working properly for basic fields.
