My respondents are failing to submit the questionnaire

We're sorry to hear that. Do you know if your respondents are getting an error when they try to submit your form? We can help you troubleshoot this problem, but we would need additional information such as if they get an error when they attempt to send the form or if the form is not responding when they click on the submit button. If you can also send us a screenshot of the error, that would be helpful. 

If you have also embedded the form, please provide us the page URL so we can check the form there. It may be a script conflict or some sort that is causing the problem. If the form is embedded, please try our iframe method to prevent any issues.
