Forms are not moving to Box for some users.

    HI,

I've created a form and integrated it with Box.

When User One completes and submits the form, an email is received and the form is saved to the form's associated Box folder.

When User Two completes and submits the form, an email is received and but the form IS NOT saved to the form's associated Box folder.

User Two has been invited to 'share' the Box directory and can see other files, just the file/form submitted is not moved to Box.

Did I miss a set up step?  Note* User One is the Box account 'owner' if that matters.

The forms are submitted via a website/webpage.  User Two is the intended reciepient of the submitted form.  While testing that the form was working correctly, User Two completed a form, submitted it but it did not move to Box.

https://www.jotform.com/build/90836122610146 is the form we tested but we have others set up to do the same thing, store to Box after submitted.

    Please advise.

    Thanks, Julie.

Is your second user submitting the form via submission edit link? Once the form is filled, it is sent to the Box once. The files in the Box are not updated when making changes on the form via submission edit link. I hope I understand your question correctly. Can I ask you to explain a little more?

    Hi,
Form A is a page on a website. Users (there will be many)will each fill out a new version of Form A and submit. Will/should each submission move to box?
Example: I have employees use the web page to fill out a change of address form. Twelve employees complete and submit the form. I should see 12 files in the box directory. Correct?
    thanks, Julie.

    Thanks for the clarification.
Adding, removing or reordering fields may break the integration. After integration, we do not recommend any changes in the form. Except that, in your test case, you should see the 12 files in the box directory.

    Thank you.
If I've made changes, can I 'reintegrate' the forms?
And moving forward, I can assume that if the form is set to integrate with box, the user submitting shouldn't matter and the form will move to the box directory, correct?
    Thanks, Julie

After form changes, please remove and re-set your integration. Re-integrating the form with same options will help us. You must select the same directory for each integration.

After setting up the integration, you do not have to do anything to pass submissions towards the Box. Please see this article for more information about Box integration.
