    Why is your form on my web site without me putting it there?

    I checked your account and can see the Sign-up form, which is the same form that is embedded in the link shared above.

    If you do not want the form to appear on your website, you can remove it. This could have been embedded by any of your contacts since JotForm does not access the client's website for embedding forms.

    I DID NOT PUT IT ON THE SITE....SOMEBODY DID IT !!
