Our CRM (CAR-Research) is having trouble parsing the plain text data from the JotForm. Do you support ADF?

We are sorry about that giving you problems. If I am understanding you correctly when you are talking about ADF, I believe you may be referring to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auto-lead_Data_Format

Currently my knowledge is limited on adf usage and I don't know that particular format being used here much but after investigation it appears to be xml related and one of my colleagues has previously provided a workaround using an RSS Report, some xml and php along with our Post Submission Data Guide to customize and then parse it to be grabbed via the Thank You Page. Be advised though that this would require custom programming knowledge on your end to create it so that it meets your needs.

You can find the original details in this thread here http://www.jotform.com/answers/34402-Can-I-receive-form-responses-in-either-XML-or-a-database

I hope that this helps you out some more.
