Has the functionality of what a sub-account can and cannot do changed?

Has the functionality of what a sub-account can and cannot do changed? I have sub users telling me they cannot rename, delete, or download submissions. They tell me they are being prompted for the main account password, which cannot be shared for security reasons.

We do not have funds to upgrade to the Enterprise version.

As far as I know, nothing has changed with grandfathered accounts with the sub-users feature. We can check this. Is this happening to all sub users under your account? If it's specific, please let us know the email address so we can check.
